With this product family, we offer a niche solution in the Hungarian construction industry market. No need to endure unnecessary bracing columns and connecting elements in the way of an unobstructed view. We can fully open our terrace or balcony and have a good view even when closed, as there is nothing to obstruct us. We can use the extra floor space of our apartment or house in all seasons. The areas that have been only partially used up to now will be even more useful, as we will be excluded from the weather changes. There will be space for flowers, a pool table, etc.., and in inclement weather it will also separate and protect our home.

The system is available in two different designs, the basic function remains the same for both designs, i.e. the balcony or conservatory, the ability to be enclosed and opened.
Balcony-World
Available in 2-4-6 m spacings, height 3 m, with a hanging rail structure, with only a minimum of guiding at the bottom to hold the glass panels in place. The terrace is of course designed with a practical, lockable door with a centrally locked handle and a counter handle. For balconies, even this does not obstruct the view, the glass panes are lined up with a transparent silicone profile to prevent the wind from finding its way in.
When used as a space divider, the lower guide rises above the floor level, even after partial lowering, so in this case we use a ramp to facilitate safe passage.
Balcony-World Plus
Available with 4-6 m spacing, maximum height 3.5 m with 5 spacings, bottom rail structure, with only a minimum of guiding on top to hold the glass panels in place. The most important difference to the Balcony World is that this system can only be pushed sideways, e.g. for a maximum 5 glass units, the other glass panels are pushed onto the first glass unit. The internal lock design makes it suitable for use as a safety barrier. Even on balconies, the view is not obstructed by the use of a transparent silicone profile when the glass panes are lined up so that the wind cannot find its way even here.
When used as a partition, the bottom guide does not rise above the floor level, so safe passage is not impeded.
Due to the possible high height (3.5m), we use 8-10mm tempered safety glass (ESG), the bottom load capacity is a big advantage, the supporting structure does not have to hold the weight of the glass. This allows for a lighter supporting structure with less material.
When using Balcony World Plus, special care must be taken to maintain the clearance width. If possible, the parking position should be outside the passage width, in which case the full width of the opening is effectively maintained.
When used as a space divider, the lower guide does not protrude from the floor plane and therefore does not impede safe passage.

Its suitability for separating rooms depends on the fact that the glass adjacent to the first glass member does not affect the passage size. If the total width plus the size of the parking space is used, the total width can be traversed.
